Q: What will happen to the accepted abstracts? Will it be published in an indexed proceedings?
A: All accepted abstracts will be presented by the authors at the conference. The conference schedule, once ready, will have detailed information about the presentation time and format. The proceedings of ConfAI 2025 will be published on the conference website.
Q: Can a review or summary article also be submitted, like part of their Master's/PhD theses?
A: Yes, absolutely. We welcome all kinds of abstracts in the areas of interest mentioned in the Call for Abstracts.
Q: What is the length of the Abstract to be submitted?
A: Up to 500 words
Q: Do authors have to submit original research in the abstract?
A: While authors are highly encouraged to submit their ongoing research, it is not a mandatory requirement. We also welcome research that has recently been published in A* conference avenues like NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, CHI, etc.
Q: Are undergraduate students also allowed to submit abstracts?
A: No. For ConfAI 2025, we are only soliciting abstracts from graduate students, postdocs, and early-career faculty.
Q: Can non-authors also attend ConfAI?
A: Yes, registration for everyone will open soon on the conference website.
Q: Is there any registration fee to attend ConfAI?
A: There is no registration fee for selected authors whose abstracts have been accepted. For everyone else, a registration fee will be charged as given on the registration page.
Q: Will there be some scholarship (financial support) available for outstation attendees, even if limited in number?
A: For ConfAI 2025, financial support for travel, accommodation, and other expenses will be provided to researchers whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the conference. No financial support will be provided for other participants.
Q: What is the talk schedule for different speakers at ConfAI?

Q: Is there any special support/consideration for female participants?
A: The organising committee may choose to provide special financial support to female participants for attending ConfAI. Please reach out at confai@plaksha.edu.in
